BUILD ANYTHING FAST

What is Roofix?
Roofix is a permanent formwork solution for building concrete walls, concrete floors and slabs, domes, retaining walls, bridges, culverts, water tanks and anything you can imagine with concrete in the construction industry.
The Roofix mesh steel sheet has ribs spaced at optimal engineered distances in order to stand substantial loads when concrete is poured or applied. Roofix is however not intended to act as reinforcing or as a load bearing structure, it is simply an engineered permamnent formwork to which reinforced steel can be added for structural purposes as per engineer's specifications.
It is made of 0.70 mm thick steel strips of 500mm width and its material is in accordance with DIN 1623-1 (ST12).
Roofix consists of seven V-shaped ribs with a depth of about 18mm. The material between the ribs is
slotted and expanded, forming strips of meshed herringbones. The distance between the ribs is about
135mm and the overall width of Roofix is 81 cm.
The use of Roofix in many areas of construction is rapidly expanding, owing to its many advantages such as its light weight and its speed of installation without the need for highly skilled workforce or any lifting equipment. Other advantages such as high pliability, minimum waste during loading, transportation, unloading, storage and installation together with its impact on the reduction of other building materials such as steel and concrete has made its usage in construction almost inevitable.
It is the ideal solution to build walls within a high-rise building structure, light steel frame structures, concrete slabs and floors and for many civil applications such as bridges, water tanks, retaining walls, culverts and water canals.
